Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series welcomes ATC Bolts & Fasteners as Rookie of the Year sponsor
MILTON, Fla. (Feb. 29) — ATC Bolts & Fasteners will partner with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series to sponsor the series’ Rookie of the Year program this season Hunt the Front officials announced Thursday.
The $10,000 ATC Bolts & Fasteners Rookie of the Year points fund will pay the top performing rookie driver $5,000 at season’s end. The runner-up will earn $2,000, with third picking up $1,250 and fourth collecting $750. Fifth will get $500. Along with the top-five in rookie points, any driver signed up for the Rookie of the Year program who finishes outside the top-five while maintaining perfect attendance will pocket $500 as well. The ATC Bolts & Fasteners Rookie of the Year points fund will be paid in addition to the series’ record $150,000 points fund.
To be eligible for ATC Bolts & Fasteners Rookie of the Year points fund awards, drivers must attempt to compete in 90 percent of the events during the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series season. Rookie standings will be maintained based on the series championship points breakdown. Drivers wishing to compete for the Rookie of the Year award must indicate their intention to do so by completing the online rookie application form by the posted deadline date. Applications must be received no later than the start of the fifth series event or by May 1, 2024, whichever is earlier.

The Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series, already one of Dirt Late Model racing’s premier regional tours with a competitive points fund and attractive race payouts, has grown even bigger in 2024 with a regional-series record $150,000-plus total points fund paying $50,000 to the champion and a 24-race schedule that features eight $15,000-to-win races, five $20,000-to-win races, and the $50,000-to-win National 100 as its season finale. The series kicks off its season March 15-16 at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Ala., during the huge Bama Bash weekend.
