The Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series will follow the Unified Dirt Late Model Car Construction Rules (including droop) for the 2023 season with exceptions for minimum weight and limits to tire compound options. The series is also DIRTcar sanctioned for the 2023 season and DIRTcar rules will apply to the series unless otherwise noted.
HTF Series Tire Rule Amendment (posted July 17, 2023)
Slight changes have been made to the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series tire rule for the second half of the 2023 season. Beginning with the tour’s Aug. 5 event at Duck River Raceway Park, the tour’s standard tire rule for the remainder of 2023 will be as follows:
Right-rear: NLMT3 or NLMT4
All other corners: NLMT2 or NLMT3
There will be no marking of tires or tire limits. Additionally, LM tires are no longer allowed.
Series officials may adjust the tire rule slightly for specific events. Any such adjustments will be announced well in advance of an event.
Weight Rule
2350 pounds - Open motor
2300 pounds - Steel Block with aluminum heads
2250 pounds - All steel motor, sealed GM crate motor or CT525 motor
***One pound per lap burnoff plus five pounds in heat races, B-Mains, and feature
Conduct Rule
Unsportsmanlike conduct or participating in any action or activity considered detrimental to the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series or a track that hosts series events at any sanctioned event or on social media by drivers, owners and/or pit crews shall be grounds for disqualification and/or punitive action by the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.

Points by feature finish: 1. 100, 2. 94, 3. 92, 4. 90, 5. 88, 6. 86, 7. 84, 8. 82, 9. 80, 10. 78, 11. 76, 12. 74, 13. 72, 14. 70, 15. 68, 16. 66, 17. 64, 18. 62, 19. 60, 20. 58, 21. 56, 22. 54, 23. 52, 24. 50
*Non-feature starters all receive 48 points. In the case of more than 24 feature starters, any driver finishing 25th or worse will receive 50 points.
